We are continuing our clubhouse improvements with the installation of new pool deck lighting that will be on a better timer for ease of use during evening events. This new lighting will consist of six (6) new LED lights that will enhance the viewable space on the pool deck at night. In addition, the timer for the pool lights has been upgraded to a digital timer.

The pool light has also been upgraded to have a programmable timer that will allow the pool light to automatically turn on at dusk and turn off at 10pm when the clubhouse closes for the night.

We hope that these upgrades will improve the quality of our member's experience at the clubhouse!

The LGCA Clubhouse is for our members household to enjoy. That being said, our members can bring up to four (4) guests per household. We believe that this is a reasonable number of guests to bring.

Please refrain from inviting more than four (4) guests since this not only crowds the pool but is not fair to the members who have paid their dues to have pool access. Guests do not contribute anything to the Association.

Only adult members (age 18+) are allowed to bring guests and are responsible for their guest's actions while at the clubhouse. No one under 18 yrs age is allowed access to the clubhouse without an adult MEMBER (not a non-member relative, babysitter, coach, etc.) being present at all times. Non-members have no authority to enter this facility.

Early in June 2016 we had a load of mulch delivered to fill in our planter beds. We had so much left over that we decided to open it up to the community to stop by and take as much as was needed for landscape projects.

This was a huge success! The mulch was delivered on Thursday, and by Sunday afternoon it was all gone! Because of this success, we are considering making the mulch drop off an annual event (perhaps event twice a year) so that our neighbors can have access to free mulch for their gardens.

Mulch is great to help beautify landscapes while also keeping water from evaporating. We'd like to serve our community as much as possible.

We'd like to hear from you for some input as to how often you'd like this mulch, and what time(s) of the year is best. Please submit your comments here on this blog, or email us at Info4LGCA@gmail.com

We are happy to be able to host the Super Bowl 50 Party during Member's Only weekend at the Clubhouse!

We'll have the movie projector, screen and sound system available to watch the game while we enjoy great food and great people that attend!

So come on down to the clubhouse and enjoy one of the many perks of being a member of LGCA--watching the Super Bowl game on a LARGE screen!

Bring an entree, side dish and/or dessert to share!

    See you there!

P.S. So far we have 7-layer dip, pizza, hot dogs & chili, nachos, popcorn, Red Vines and a dessert (I can't make up my mind what to bring yet) for food. We'll also have soft drinks, water, and punch, but it's B.Y.O.B.

LGCA Members:  Please note that there will be no swim lessons and the pool will not be heated during the month of January and until further notice.

After the rainy season, we'll have the pool up and running!  In the meantime, get ready for swimsuit season by eating healthy and working out - LOL and J/K!

Unfortunately we have to cancel this tamale fundraiser since the fundraiser organizer suffered a bad shoulder injury this weekend and we don't have any volunteers step up to take over and run this event.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused!
